Why silence from TheFundedRoom
for asking the questions and problem faced?
No response no reply, why?
What they are trying to prove me from 1 month by ignoring my msg & comment
I am only requesting a fair and detailed review of my account because I already said the breach was caused by a technical or system issue rather than any trading rule violation on my part
My account was operating normally until the morning of 20th April
On 20th April at 5:52 AM (GMT+5:45), I opened a trade and later closed it manually. However, the platform continued showing that position was open even though it had already been closed, I immediately contacted support regarding this issue but did not receive a response
The following morning, I discovered that my account had breached for exceeding the maximum daily loss limit by 28.36%. At the same time, the same trade was showing a profit of +$512, even though I had actually closed it at approximately +$237 profit, This suggested that there was a clear discrepancy in the system records
After several emails the incorrect breach finally disappeared from the platform around two days later, Since it was no longer visible I assumed the issue had been corrected and continued trading
As my payout date of 27th April approached, I noticed that the withdrawal section was displaying a "3% rule violation" restriction. This was unexpected because after my previous account (76763) breached due to the 3% rule, I was extremely careful while trading on my second account (103854), I made a conscious effort to avoid violating that rule again
I contacted support multiple times regarding the restriction and was repeatedly informed that my account was in good standing and had no issues,Despite this the payout date passed & on the same payout day itself, my account was suddenly breached for an alleged 3% rule violation dated 15th April. This was surprising because i had checkd all the trade and there was never 3% ruke violation and also I had only received the account on 14th April and had been closely monitoring every trade from the beginning
When I reviewed the trade history provided by support, I found a trade that appears to have been incorrectly recorded by the system, i.e.(-118$)
The records show:
• Trade opened: 14th April, 7:37 PM (GMT+5:45)
• Trade closed: 15th April, 10:05 AM (GMT+5:45)
I never held trades overnight. The position opened on 14th April was actually closed by me around 7:40 PM on the same day. It appears that the system later linked that trade to a separate position opened on 15th April, creating an incorrect loss entry of approximately -$118
That -$118 loss was never taken by me
To support my claim, I have already provided:
• Evidence of repeated and mismatched Order IDs
• Evidence showing my stop loss was cancelled by the system
• Screenshots and video recordings taken before the breach occurred
• Dashboard recordings from 14th–21st April showing the complete sequence of profits and losses
These records show no evidence of the alleged -$118 trade. They also show an unexplained balance reduction of around $100, which further suggests a system or reporting error
Additionally, the trade that appeared as +$512 profit in the system was inaccurate, as I had actually closed it at approximately +$237 profit
I have submitted all the evidence available from my side and have fully cooperated throughout the review process. I am simply asking for a thorough investigation of the discrepancies between the trading records, platform data, and the evidence provided.
I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the findings and a fair review based on the complete set of facts and records.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
If this matter is properly reviewed and resolved, I will gladly update or remove my public posts and reviews to reflect the outcome
