That’s a good way to put it. If it were a straight line, there’d be no reason to pay attention. The contradictions are what make it yours — the times you’re confident and clueless, ambitious and tired, sure and lost, all in the same week. Purpose doesn’t show up when everything’s neat. It usually shows up when you stop waiting for it to be neat and start working with what’s actually in front of you right now.
