Purple Fest 2026 at Kartavya Path, India Gate was all about inclusion, awareness, and community—and we were proud to be part of it! @thalindia set up an awareness stall where we connected with visitors, shared insights on thalassemia, and spoke about prevention, early diagnosis, and lifelong care. A special highlight was the visit by Hon’ble Minister for PWD, Shri Ravinder Kumar, whose interest in our work truly encouraged the team. Grateful for the conversations, the energy, and the opportunity to spread awareness—one step closer to a stronger, more informed thalassemia community. @shobhatuli @dswGNCTD #PurpleFest2026 #InclusionMatters #ThalassemiaAwareness #ThalassemiaCare #HealthAwareness #CommunityEngagement #AccessibleIndia #SocialImpact #PublicAwareness #HealthForAll

Thalassemics India proudly participated in the Purple Fest held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on 13 March. The event celebrated inclusivity, talent, and the spirit of persons with disabilities, bringing together inspiring individuals and organizations from across the country. During the fest, two talented thalassemia warriors Swati Tuteja and Harshita Goyal, delivered wonderful performances that truly captivated the audience. Despite living with Thalassemia, both performers showcased immense confidence, determination, and artistic talent on stage. Their performances were not only entertaining but also deeply inspiring, highlighting the strength and capabilities of individuals living with thalassemia. They beautifully represented the message that health challenges do not limit one’s potential or passion. Thalassemics India’s participation in the festival aimed to spread awareness about thalassemia, promote inclusion, and celebrate the achievements of individuals who continue to break barriers every day. The performances by Swati Tuteja and Harshita Goyal were a proud moment for the organization and a powerful reminder of resilience and courage. @MSJEGOI @socialpwds @shobhatuli @RBVisit #PurpleFest #ThalassemiaAwareness #ThalassemicsIndia #InclusionMatters #ThalassemiaWarriors #BreakingBarriers #InspiringStories #DisabilityInclusion #CelebrateAbility

Say hello to our new super trio: Tia and Timo, two bright, courageous kids, and Hemmy, the kind-hearted blood drop who’s always there with a big smile and endless care. Together, they’re on a special mission—to make thalassemia feel a little less scary and a whole lot more hopeful. • Tia shows us that asking questions and staying strong makes every day brighter. • Timo reminds us that courage comes in small steps—like going for check-ups and never giving up. • Hemmy stands for safe blood, gentle care, and the promise that regular treatment keeps the adventure going strong. With simple words, big hugs, and lots of positivity, Tia, Timo, and Hemmy explain thalassemia the friendly way: Early diagnosis catches it early. Safe blood keeps us healthy. Regular treatment helps us play, learn, dream, and live life to the fullest. Because every child deserves to laugh, run, and chase their biggest dreams—no matter what. Tia, Timo, and Hemmy say that You are never alone. You are strong. And your future is full of hope. @shobhatuli @thalindia #TiaTimoHemmy #KidsWithCourage #HopeForChildren #SmilesAndStrength #ThalassemiaAwareness #ThalassemiaCare #ThalassemiaSupport #LivingWithThalassemia
