What I actually believe is anyone who downplays the importance of the catcher position defensively is probably an Excel nerd who is fluent in initialisms but couldn’t catch a fly ball given ten tries.

What makes it not sexual harassment from a legal perspective is that it does not meet the legal definition, which is why it would be swiftly dismissed. It’s neither a hostile work environment nor quid pro quo. It was a bad legal take to label it as such.
