Maybe they are talking about dimension-wise. He has surpassed what would be omniscience and omnipotence in 3D and was stepping towards being a 4-dimensional being. I am starting to think in Kubo's mind, the world before it was divided was a 4D world. It'd be wonderful if they could clarify it.
