Yung logic may ICC warrant. Aarestuhin ng gobyerno tapos isasakay na sa eroplano gastos ng gobyerno hindi ng ICC dahil Pilipino ang nag file ng caso? Di ibig sabihin balewala ang saligang batas sa isyu ng bill of rights at due process?

@Abogado_PH My issue with his explanation is the idea na the Executive can exercise that much power without judicial check. Kaya may separation of powers & co equal yung branches to prevent one branch from having unchecked power - especially in that scenario, ang dali ma-abuse.
