@Shoprite_SA , i sent a grocery voucher to my mom at home, but shoprite marapyane is unable to redeem it, they are getting an error, but we never used it?...i sent an email to shoprite, but they take 3 days to respond, and my mom doesnt have grocery its been 2 weeks already

Went to @Shoprite_SA at Elim and listen the meat was so rotten, the flies were terrible and the butchery side told us it happens🚮 @CheckersSA is this the type of people you are hiring who are not doing their jobs and tell customers it happens!

Always when I walked inside @Shoprite_SA I am saddened by the attire or uniform of staff. The dirty floors. Juxtapose that with @CheckersSA and see how staff look. Their uniform seems to be tailor made for them. I believe Shoprite can do better.

Dear @Shoprite_SA We appreciate that you're trying to lower the cost of food prices in order to cushion the already financially constraints families in our country. But that should not undermine the need to maintain food control particularly fresh baked, vegetables and dairy products. Your USave branches in Soshanguve Falala Block F and Block H aren't well kept, Rodents, bats & other unwanted invaders move around unabated compromising the food safety & increasing health risk, they're generally not clean. Please get your teams to visit them and address it.
