My daughter, who is not a reg traveler, was left at the gate, without the rest of her fam. There is no reason she should have been denied access to the flight I pd for & no reason she shd have been treated so ugly that she was in tears when she called me.

@AmericanAir My daughter had a confirmed ticket AND boarding pass for this flight and was told she wasn’t on the flight and denied access to board the plane. She was treated EXTREMELY rudely by the gate agent despite the fact that she had her boarding pass for that flight.

The agent went on the plane and saw there were available seats. I paid nearly $700 for this specific flight so she could travel with her aunts and not fly alone. Her aunts boarded in a previous section and then were not allowed off the plane.
