@cyzen Interesting, those Philettas were popular. I have a 263U, originally sold from a shop in Tegel from the sticker on the back. Those Sony ICF-5900W are very nice, and still sell for high prices.

@shortwaveberlin 1st a Philips Philetta 273 BD273U and later Sony ICF-5900W - Been a member of AGDX and Kurzwellenring Süd (Nürnberg) with monthly meetings. There i got in touch with HAM Radio (licensed 40 y later 😃) and DIY Computer.
