@mickeydubbs @virginmedia Had the excuse, that’s a lot of devices ever though of having another crappy virgin device to boost the signal, NOT FREE, at an additional cost. As if. They should provide a service that’s advertised and sold. Shocking provider and service.

@shorty1892 @virginmedia Could be worse mate. They could tell you that you have too many devices connected to the network, 3 being too many and then if that fails say they only guarantee speeds via a wired connection. The wifi spikes are unbearable too impossible to work or game consistently

@virginmedia I have virgin tv, virgin broadband and 3 virgin mobile phones and the reception is shocking. The router provides WiFi in a radius of 3 yards at best and all costumer service says is there is nothing wrong. Obviously there is because if I walk up stairs the signal drops off

@virginmedia I’m surprised anyone who has virgin media manages to see any moment the service they provide is that bad. Been on the phone nearly 40 mins and still not spoke to anyone

@virginmedia Do you not think I’ve tried everything, I’ve got hub 3, I’ve turned it off I’ve reset using a hair pin, I’ve tried most thing apart from a new hub. Costumer services aren’t interested in anything apart from a hard sell on better deals I feel I pay enough 3 mobile devices tv broad
