So, @Leon_Schreib are you aware of staff that are "offering" to help for a fee then threatening to reject my passport application, denying my constitutional right to a Freedom of Movement (Section 21)? Your department has already failed me for the past 154 days

@Vodacom My mother is staying with her brother, and there has been no fibre service, even after numerous calls logged, including the latest SR260220-096025, as this is a key way to connect with her, this is extremely concerning

I get that being overseas can be a challenge, but @Nedbank, I need my replacement cards and have not heard back from your couriers to arrange delivery. Your agent helped me amazingly quickly, but that seems to be where it stopped

Wow @nedbank, how can you mess things up so horribly? It's a simple task,renew my cards, deliver them to me. Charge me the courier fee, charging me what seems to be 2 courier fees, for a single courier transaction feels a little like stealing my money, but your maths' not mathing
