The saddest part about BBQ is it used to be poor people food. Used cheap cuts and slow smoked them till tender.
Today it is more expensive than a typical steakhouse, charging $36/lb for brisket.

@sujewafantastic True. There are very few that can sell a movie. To me it's either big stars or old big IPs that studios love as it can cover up bad projects. I think horror movies can do well without any big names. I just disagree overall that unknown actors vs stars is a huge factor.

Hollywood star power is no longer a thing. Even if 1-10 movies with Hollywood mega stars are released, the other 90% of movies per year are indie releases - there are a lot of movies competing for people's attention and $s now. And everyone needs to switch to long theatrical windows to save movie theaters, and ensure an easy to manage revenue stream for movies.
