@punishedgherkin @quaintsockrug Right now, the King County Prosecutors Office has no evidence that her murder was hate crime. Per their spokesman, if the police find evidence that it was, they will charge him one.

Day 57 since the March 22, 2026 incident outside Rumors Cabaret in Bellingham. Hunter Wallis (Navy sailor) still has no arraignment date in Whatcom County District Court. According to the police report, he informed investigators he was in Montana and unavailable. Bellingham police say they have him on camera assaulting a transgender woman outside the bar. The wheels of justice continue turning at the usual government pace. I’m keeping an eye on the docket. Court search: dw.courts.wa.gov

Streamer ChudTheBuilder is now facing serious charges after the Tennessee courthouse shooting incident that went viral online earlier today According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Dalton Eatherly was officially charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon after the confrontation outside the courthouse escalated into gunfire. Authorities say he’s currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail pending arraignment.

Just saw someone argue that trans people need to be imprisoned because he was almost trans and thinks he would’ve been a school shooter if he had transitioned…and I’m really struggling to figure out how that’s trans people’s fault?
