@talengriviello It’s extremely challenging @enjoyGLOBE because you automate all conversations via chat bot. It’s been a week just to move the internet service to an apartment down the hall. It would be faster to switch to ePLDT or Converge

@enjoyGLOBE Last Saturday, I scheduled to move the internet to a new apartment unit. Your people were over 2 hrs late, stayed for 2 hrs but did not even set up the internet. Then, they made two appointments this week, and cancelled both the day of. Please do better.

@talengriviello @SophiaAVA_Rep @airasia It definitely feels like @airasia will hope I forget or give up on this case based on the customer experience I've had so far. Your customer support email is non responsive, your live chat agents copy and paste the same script and don't offer any helpful solutions.

@shreddierivs @airasia I’d say it’s really inconvenient not to have any of your belongings until the night before you fly back home. AND to constantly follow up and re-send information instead of @airasia being proactive or organized. Really disappointing this issue is still unresolved 2wks l8r
