Today I’m attempting to hit the 5-hour limit on the Codex $100 Pro plan. The method: build a MapleStory-like game from scratch. 30 minutes in, I already have a working game with sprites, maps, and assets generated with Imagegen. Unfortunately, I’ve only used 5% of the limit so far. At this pace, I may need to start building RuneScape in parallel just to make a dent 😬

The Nucleus 100 Growth Rankings are live. 6 months of research. 250+ rounds. 94 companies. Every company in the universe raised its first growth round in 2016+ and reached $5bn+ We landed on three flavors: Growth, Early Growth, and MOIC, our best swing at money-on-money. Entry matters. Price matters. Allocation matters. Lucas Swisher from Coatue took the top spot for Growth, and it tracks. Deel, OpenEvidence, Anthropic, OpenAI, Rippling, Figma, Harvey, and too many more to tag. Hats off @LucasSwisher1. Monster run. Yasmin Razavi from Spark landed #1 in Early Growth and MOIC. Deel at the B and Anthropic at the C are ridiculous standalone calls. Led both, joined the board on both, and that is how you end up at the top of the list. Bravo @YasminRazavi. Very, very good at investing. And if you hate the weights, great news. @reidschryer built the “fine, do it yourself” tool. Our data, your weighting. Have fun :) nucleustalent.io/growth100

Update: no one at my apartment was willing to use this (they thought I was hacking them) and I was the only one to send an email about replacing the pool sticks I received a very positive response and they're ordering new equipment lol lol
Jonah Gleitman@JonahGleitman

The thief smirks looking into your ring camera, clutching your new air fryer, not even knowing what’s in the box yet Your first ring camera got stolen off your doormat. So you ordered another one and installed it. That’d stop em But the thieves don’t care Neither does your apartment management. You email, they ignore you. They only care when a group of people complain One email? Sweep it under the rug. Ten emails from ten different residents… then you gotta do something Introducing sendtogether.app One person drafts their grievances, sets the recipient, drops a link in the group chat Everyone else: click the link, sign in with Google, hit send. 2 clicks. Auto-generated, unique email voicing the same concern straight from your own email. Management gets 10 emails from 10 real residents. Now they have to do something

Sometimes "I'll reply later" turns into two months of accidentally ghosting someone So I built dont-ghost. Reads my iMessage db, figures out who's waiting on me, pings me on Telegram at 9am and 5pm React to close the convo Github in replies

Most brands I work with have the strategy figured out. They just can’t execute fast enough. Someone built a fix for that. It’s called Helena — the OpenClaw for marketing. Give it your URL, and it runs your marketing for you: → Reads your site, ads, analytics, and competitors automatically → Builds and deploys email flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp → Writes SEO content and publishes it weekly to Webflow, WordPress, or Ghost → Launches and manages Meta + Google ad campaigns from scratch → Generates UGC video via Sora and static ads via Nano Banana → Posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest in your voice → Spies on competitor ads across Meta and Google → Daily brief: what ran, what worked, what’s next No agency retainer. No CLI. No dev. No setup rabbit hole. Give it your URL, and it runs marketing for you while you sleep. Comment “Helena” below, and a member of the Enrich Labs team will send you the link + free access.

@dynemetis @brettcalhounn should clarify: creating tools that are secure, work and are scalable is where I think it’s at. I completely agree though, the shift is pretty great

Tomorrow we’re removing GojiberryAI from TrustMRR. We’ll keep running ads and growing as usual, but we’ll stop showing our revenue publicly. Huge thanks to @marclou for building such an amazing transparency tool. The reality is that once you share everything publicly, some competitors start watching every move. They copy marketing strategies, contact the same influencers, and try to replicate the exact playbook. So for now, we’re going a bit quieter. We already shared how we went from $0 to $1M ARR, and we’re proud of that. Next time we open the numbers again, it will be at $5M or $10M ARR. Hopefully very soon.

imposter syndrome for being the youngest around generational people is the best thing u cld have - but it doesn’t mean SHIT around high-signal people hear me out - let’s give 2 examples 1: ur the youngest in the room and it’s crazy bizarre to u and u get acclimated to the environment. people are amazed ur so young wtv wtv and u use that as a crutch to perform less cause ur j “learning” - if ur like this ur a bum. low signal. 2: ur the youngest in the room and its bizarre to you, but u recognize that being the youngest doesn’t mean shit around high signal, so u work the hardest and you are the most coachable. ur like a sponge and intake information, BUT you need to back it up with work ethic further than those around you, THATS how you keep ur growth rate exponential. high signal
