@airindiain so there’s no revert from air india i have mailed the details, tried calling 100 of times but no response, such worst service i think i have done a biggest mistake by booking ticket with air india

@airindiain i had a word with your executive Mr shivang Mishra and i asked him to cancel one of the ticket than he said he cannot cancel it and so i asked him to transfer the call to someone senior or floor manager so he said yes and put my phone a side and it’s been 58mins now

@airindiain two tickets have been booked with one name PNR numbers are YXF1X another PNR is YYTC1 on the name of Kalpana Brahmbhatt so i tried cancelling one of the ticket with customer care number 1860 233 14 07 and 020-26231407 and there is no response, kindly revert
