हम किस मुँह से बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान के हिन्दुओं के हक़ की बात करेंगे, जब अपने ही देश में हिन्दू परिवार डर से पलायन करने को मजबूर हैं. दंगाइयों के भय से बहुत से परिवारों को अस्थायी कैंपों में रखा गया है. पश्चिम बंगाल में जो हो रहा है, वो सिर्फ भीड़ प्रायोजित हिंसा नहीं है, यह सुनियोजित और संगठित आतंक का मॉडल है, जिसकी नींव बेहद खतरनाक मंसूबों से रखी जा रही है. बंगाल को अशांत करने का मंसूबा पाले घुसपैठिए से ममता बनर्जी सरकार की हमदर्दी, वहाँ की पुलिस का नकारापन, और मीडिया के एक वर्ग की चापलूसी, सब मिलकर एक बहुत बड़े राष्ट्रीय संकट की जमीन तैयार कर रहे हैं. वक्फ पर देश की संसद ने कानून बनाया है. संसद किसी एक दल की जागीर नहीं होती यह भारत के जनमानस की सामूहिक लोकतांत्रिक चेतना का प्रतिनिधि है. यहां हर विचार, हर मत और हर दल की भागीदारी होती है. इस कानून को संविधान के दायरे में रहकर पारित किया गया है. और यही संविधान हर नागरिक को शांतिपूर्ण विरोध का अधिकार भी देता है. लेकिन विरोध की आड़ में जो कुछ हो रहा है, वो लोकतंत्र नहीं, भीड़तंत्र है. पश्चिम बंगाल की सड़कों पर उन्मादी भीड़ का रूप धारण कर, सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को आग के हवाले करना, लोगों की दुकानों को लूटना, और हत्या तक कर देना यह न तो विरोध है, न लोकतंत्र, यह खालिस आतंक है. अगर अब भी हम नहीं चेते, तो वो दिन दूर नहीं जब कश्मीर की त्रासदी, पश्चिम बंगाल में भी दस्तक देगी.
