I know many anime MC's like Goku, Naruto are voiced by females in Japanese.
But I didn't knew it's very much common in English VA too.

I'm a little confused. So, is ROMAN CARAX a girl or a boy? Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 and CDPR's official accounts refer to Roman Carax as "he," but the VA is a woman. There was a time when men played men and women played women. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 feels weird and woke now.
