And with all these, if students get to know that the exam has been cancelled or systems are not working or there is an issue at the centre, then why is there no responsibility where students can at least give their exams in peace?

On average, if the exam time of a student is 10 AM, then students are asked to reach the exam centre at around 8.30 AM, and then if they are lucky and complete their verification process, then they are asked to wait for half an hour, where they are asked to drain their energy.
