1. Today's trainings will be focused on conditioning our hands and feet using the Makiwara (straw roll).
ASAMA does not allow the usage of weapons. So it's crucial that we train our hands and feet, strengthening them with the use of makiwara.

1. Earlier today Sensei told us not to bother him so that he could practise his Stoned Fist in his room. One of the senior brothers took over the lessons. After the training we all went together to Sensei's room to ask if he wanted to join us in going to @CafeAzur.
