También ha hablado de ⁠la regularización masiva y sin control, por la que el Gobierno dará la residencia legal a cerca 800.000 personas. Esto sí modifica el censo, el censo municipal Y ahora vamos a explicar el impacto de estas dos modificaciones en el censo desde el punto de vista del derecho a voto: 1. Los españoles residentes ausentes podrán votar automáticamente en todas las elecciones, salvo en las municipales 2. Los inmigrantes que hayan adquirido residencia legal por la regularización que tengan convenio de reciprocidad con España, podrán votar en las elecciones municipales 3. Además, los regularizados procedentes de lugares como Iberoamérica, Filipinas, Andorra y Guinea Ecuatorial podrán solicitar la nacionalidad española tras sólo dos años.
