It used to be private school heavy but now it’s based mainly through the ACE colleges. Most players with ambitions to play at the very highest level for under 18 will end up going to ACE.

@PplWhyare @Chris42909989 @RedRosesRugby The talent is there but the ACE college coaches (often also the pathway coaches) are massively biased towards their own ACE players. A girl not at ACE college for 6th for is far less likely to get in this team - just look at where the TDG squad comes from.
