but one day before filming began, the moment she woke up and opened her eyes, she suddenly cried. SH: because nothing affects my emotions anymore. no person, no situation. my emotions have always been flat, just... flat every day. if I’m like this, how am i supposed to act? at home, she tried practicing scenes by herself, but halfway through she suddenly panicked. SH: i don’t know how to love someone anymore. i don’t know how to feel upset or cry anymore. i don’t know how to hold onto these emotions… i forgot them all. later, through conversations with the people around her, she slowly opened up her heart again and came to understand that releasing emotions aren't a bad thing. the director told her to just “believe”, believe in every feeling the character experiences. she eventually found that ‘point,’ found an outlet for her emotions. SH: as an actor, you have to keep digging deeper into yourself, over and over again. at first i was scared of that, but after truly trying it, i realised there was nothing to be afraid of. (the things she must've gone through to get to a point like this.. my girl... 🥺🫳🏻
