@Ozedikus We once wrongly thought the Sun & planets revolved around us. We don't even have a significant effect on our solar system which is at the edge of our galaxy & is one of billions of galaxies. There are thousands of habitable planets like ours. We are not that special.

Sadly, poorly regulated sand filling, unchecked development, the destruction of wetlands, and weak urban planning have displaced several vulnerable communities and exposed millions of residents to damaged homes, ruined vehicles, lost businesses, and reduced productivity. Annoyingly, ordinary Lagosians continue to bear the cost of government failure. Probably my last few years in Lagos. I'm seriously considering selling everything and moving to Enugu. I've worked remotely for the past five years. Beyond the convenience of attending the occasional physical events, I no longer see any meaningful advantage Lagos offers my professional or personal life.
