@SamsungUK just dropped you a DM. It seems your student/ education discounts aren’t applying on your newly launched products. Loads of 10% off mentioned on your site but they don’t auto apply to basket.
@DannyBoyMcKean@SamsungUK My partner is in same boat, has a Note 20U on Upgrade Programme, no invite. So I’ve tried using my student discount instead to do new plan but the discounts aren’t applying. Shower of poop.

@hackneydan1977@Argos_Online Yep. It crashed there for me once after having twice crashed at Verified by Visa and taking the money. Lots in same boat, Argos couldn’t cope with demand.

Went through the process confirmed my visa payment. My bank is saying the payment is pending to come out but I have had no confirmation and your website seems to be down. I would like to no if it went through.

Seriously @Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers we need to talk. You keep me awake all night. I miss preorders by a minute, they come back up and then you take £500 Visa and £600 in Nectar off me while your website and app crashes leaving me with no PS5. Not impressed.

@AtomGeordie@AndyMcCarney77 I used the catalogue code, someone was kind enough to post at 4am. I found the placeholder code for the digital edition myself on a support page at midnight.
@AndyMcCarney77@si1987uk It’s not a glitch, Argos is a catalog site and that was the catalog code for that product using the catalog code search on their main website no glitch at all.. I was up from 11pm to 6am and the digital and disk was available between half 3 and 6am so plenty of time.
@iamRaeSkye I caught the second wave too at 6am-ish. I encountered a payment error three times and it took £600 in Nectar and £500 in Visa. Nectar were refunded back but not Visa is still pending. Argos site couldn’t cope with demand.
