@materlder its a bit hard to explain haha but as best as i can: let it cook without scrambling it until theres a cooked layer on the bottom and its still liquidy on top, then gently scramble/shape it to your liking. its basically just an omelette that isnt folded :)

@smartoctopi i'm sorry that you are struggling and i wish you well. many people with eds will understand the feeling of being helpless in their disorder, if that helps bridge the disconnection at all. i hope i haven't come off as rude or harping
English

@siIenthilled @moonieT04 @eternallyevii i guess, i will bring it up to my therapist to see how i can resolve feeling that way. i wasn’t diagnosed with adhd until sophomore-junior year of high school, and wasn’t diagnosed with arfid until senior year so i was diagnosed late
English

@onegirlnoplate @smartoctopi i do agree with this. i'm not jumping on you or trying to make you feel bad, i just think its important to be mindful with these sort of situations and that is not an appropriate thing to say to someone struggling with an eating disorder. that is a blatantly unnecessary comment
English

@smartoctopi @siIenthilled @moonieT04 @eternallyevii commenting that someone looks average and then saying how underweight you are , is not nice and is insensitive and is going to come off in a bad way especially to the people on here .. you are struggling, everyone here is struggling but they don’t wanna hear how you’ve always-
English

@smartoctopi @moonieT04 @eternallyevii i do believe this is a personal bias. as someone who was (luckily) treated for arfid early in life to make it more manageable, i can understand why you feel that other types of eating disorders are easier to fix or treat. it just isn't as simple as it seems
English

@siIenthilled @moonieT04 @eternallyevii i’ll be honest with you yeah i do think it’s worse, i feel people have more mental control to stop any other eating disorder besides ARFID maybe im biased
