@sibeliussnow @pamethos1 Update!! SISTIC (the ticketing agent) called me and we spoke on the phone for an hour. Agreed to rebook Cat 1 + M&G tickets without applying voucher. I was nervous about talking to someone who had nothing to do with my work while I was supposed to be working for an hour... 😂

@pamethos1 @sibeliussnow I called on the 22nd, 23rd, and 25th of April, and I called super early today. I’m just going to drop it because I don’t want to spend any more time on it. They gave me the feeling that they were just passing off my request.
