Now, he's not only failing to conduct those studies — he's actively withholding the results of taxpayer-funded research because the data shows side effects for these vaccines are actually very rare.

So, about 68% of Kyiv residents speak Russian.
Importantly: of those 32%, only 10% speak pure Ukrainian. The rest use a mix of Ukrainian, Russian, Polish dialects and made-up words.
Thus, only about 3% of Kyiv's population actually speaks Ukrainian.
