So @MyForexFunds vs @cftc is finally, and officially closed. In the end, the CFTC had to pay MFF $3.1 million in legal fees to close things out.
So why haven't they come back, paid refunds, or made some sort of announcement?

Still waiting to hear something substantial from @myforexfunds, but here's a quick update.
MFF released the list of their legal expenses, and the CFTC owes them $3 million of the $7 million that MFF spent on its defense.
The CFTC is not contesting that amount & will pay MFF.

@MDiamondFinance @MyForexFunds @CFTC According to this it seems that mff might’ve been accused for no reason whatsoever. Because sanctions clearly means that cftc must’ve lied and built up a false case. Thats just shameful for the agency.

Another big part of the @myforexfunds vs. @cftc document dump from yesterday is that the CFTC will NOT object to the judge's recommendation.
And it seems pretty clear that they were sanctioned.
All this points to good news for My Forex Funds.
