There is a scammer impersonating me on telegram. Unfortunately the scammer took the sidazhang handle (my TG handle is something else). Please watch out and do not respond!

I was today years old when I learned that the scale on Magic Eden's floor price charts doesn't start at zero, but actually goes negative. Now I'm glad that none of the NFTs I've ever held have gone below zero, it’s all about perspective

@jonahblake I heard someone said "Everytime the company doubles in headcount, everything breaks down" A more nuanced take to this is that the first casualty in the breakdown is the pace of innovation. And it can be surprisingly difficult to fix

Actually insane how fast this company responds to market movements especially at their size. Really impressive.

last friday was my last day at @MagicEden it was my absolute joy witnessing Magic Eden's meteoric growth from the early days to the industry-leading force it is today i'm immensely grateful to have joined one of the most talented defi teams at month 3 of the company; and incredibly proud of the mission critical work we accomplished in those two years, with the hallmark imo being pioneering the Bitcoin Ordinals marketplace which I think changed the trajectory even of the blockchain itself forever now, as I look forward, for the moment, I'll be hacking n trading n shitposting in public on CT; and figuring out what's next 🫡

You know why I have been diamond handing this @DeGodsNFT PFP for so long? Cos my PFP is interesting it feels like me. Because this @MickeyDegods group is quirky and I like this internet club. And because @frankdegods is interesting The lower now the more bullish I am long term

I’ve managed software engineers for 20 years. I was VP of engineering at @Robinhoodapp and before that I was a director at @Meta. The best part about my career? The people. Here's my love letter to software engineers: (And their strange, skeptical and nerdy ways) — When I first started at Facebook, I went to this meeting about the “People You May Know” (PYMK) feature. I was curious, because it always seemed low-value to me. I was a super engaged user of Facebook and the people I was seeing there were mostly new to the platform and hadn’t posted much. It turned out that research had shown that gaining the first few friends is critical to retaining new users. So that PYMK module wasn’t for me. It was for them. — Great engineers develop this habit of seeing things from multiple points of view. And I think that’s what makes us seem kind of annoyingly obtuse. But there’s a kind of integrity that comes from making a habit of trying to observe the world as it is, rather than how we are told that it should be. Even the simplest software requires us to see things from multiple points of view. Almost every product has at least two important but different audiences: • The people who use it • The people who provide it Then there are these products where the users interact with each other, like messaging and collaboration. Building these products is all about seeing things from multiple POVs. — The ability to transcend their own perspective cultivates this habit of mind that carries through to the way that they do their jobs. I often talk about the importance of observability in software engineering. And I stand by that. If we’re not measuring things we’re not really doing engineering. But just collecting the data isn’t enough. There’s something else that’s required: Honesty. The data will almost always be disappointing, contrary, hard to square with our narrative. The best engineers make a habit of diving in to that discomfort. They are the ones who refuse to sit in sprint meetings and pretend that nothing is wrong. They won’t work on the next feature if it’s not going to fix the problem. They will have the hard conversation with leadership about the product direction. To do this well, they must be keen observers of human nature and tremendous leaders. — They may seem like jerks to you, but the software engineers I know are brave free-thinkers who seek the truth, wherever that inquiry takes them. And that’s why I love them so much. Shout-out to one of the many incarnations of the Facebook Product Infrastructure Team, some of my favorite people in the whole world! — For more engineering tips and stories, follow me

I am looking to collect another @y00tsNFT What trait should I get? I want something like @MickeyDegods. Something unique but there is a specific sub-culture built around it

What you are seeing is what happens when big farmers stop farming points on ETH, there is a change of blood from big farmers to collectors. It is going to take time Chill, relax and collect a few forever PFPs along the way

I have been in the community since 2021. And then I got another gigachad with wings a few weeks ago If you can't stomach the ups & downs, you should get a different pfp
Frank@frankdegods

This is not a bull post. We're at a new low point. DeGods at 1.5 ETH, y00ts at 0.35 ETH, and BTC DeGods at 0.3 BTC. I've seen a few opinions about why we're failing. Blend, ETH prices, or that I'm not tweeting enough. But there's a deeper reason, and it's clear to me now. I've been trying to please everyone. I've been doing what I think people want me to do. I've been saying what I think people want to hear. I'm getting pinged by whales and long-time community members, telling me to go back on the timeline and start bull posting. In pursuit of trying to make everyone happy, things become disorganized. It becomes impossible to have a clear direction. So, now our community is full of people who all want different things. The only way to solve this is by saying the uncomfortable truth - something that people do not want to hear. 3 reasons why you should sell your @delabsxyz assets: 1️⃣ You want the floor price to go up immediately. The capitulation is going to continue. There are 100+ DeGods listings between 1.5 ETH and 2 ETH. There are 400+ active loans on DeGods. y00ts have always been capped by the ceiling of DeGods. Same for BTC DeGods. No hopium. This is just the truth. If you're looking for a quick flip I suggest you check out other projects on BTC or memecoins. You'll probably have better luck in that direction. If holding your @delabsxyz assets makes you uncomfortable - you're doing yourself a disservice by staying with us. Do what you have to do. We will find the bottom organically. 2️⃣ You want airdrops. I'm grateful for the @wormholecrypto airdrop & other potential drops our community will receive. But airdrops were never the reason to join our community, and they shouldn't be a reason to stay. If our community receives more airdrops - it will be because founders see productive value in providing tokens to us to help evangelize and govern their protocols. 3️⃣ You want to complain. When you complain, you set yourself up to lose. Complaining is the least productive way to spend your energy in a market that is chalk full of life changing opportunities. I want to see everyone in our community win. If being in our community continuously upsets you... make a change. DeGods is not your 401k. y00ts is not a retirement plan. If you're looking for either, look elsewhere. --- The only reason you should hold a @delabsxyz asset is because you want to. It's that simple. If the day comes where that no longer is the case - then sell your NFT to someone that does. So, why am I still here? I'm proud of the work we've done in the past. I'm proud of the brands we've built & the community we've put together. I believe our best work is ahead of us. I own 50+ DeGods and 70+ y00ts, most of which I purchased from the secondary market. I've bought every top & bottom. I will continue to do so. If you're excited about new art, experiments (that might succeed or fail), and meeting cool people - great. If you're looking for anything else - use this as an opportunity to exit - for your own sake. No hard feelings. All love. If you're locked in. Enjoy the capitulation. Let it go lower. I told you this wasn't a bull post.

This market can be distracting If you chase the euphoria of the highs, the lows will be devastating Realizing that your peace & happiness comes only from within is the first step to liberation For only intrinsic motivation is enduring
