Ek example dena jaha CP fail hua toh CAPF independent deploy ki hogi ! Mera bhi knowledge badh jayega. And One example where CAPF is deployed to make India secure independently. They are ALWAYS deployed as an assistance to State Police. They are reserve armed force which is deployed as a replacement to SAPF whenever and wherever required in L&O mein !

CAPF AC work in the same field called National Security. IPS Officers do attachments and trainings with every CAPF separately. Attachments with Army in forward areas Does Commando Training (harder than AC recruits, check with Ustads once if you can) Does Survival Training for a week Handles real life L&O (karke dekhna crowd handling) Criminal Case Investigation Intelligence Collection and Analysis Welfare of the Manpower as they are incharge of Reserves Security duties as they are Chief Security Incharges in their jurisdiction (Including PM Programmes) Handles Cross Border negotiations with counterparts in case of posting in bordering districts Planning & Handling with Special operations And much more And all of it as a Primary Stakeholder, not as assisting force multipliers ! Aur kuch chahiye toh bata deta hu !!

When the time comes, I will call SHO of my area or DCP Sahab of my area or a Policemen in my contact list BECAUSE they are the ones who will come as per constitutional mandate. If I call CO Saab of some CAPF Bn, he will need a permission from his senior and local Police before acting on the information on his own. !

Bhai, Instead of searching on google and posting here from an unanimous accounts, you can study and join the IPS or Police to make it better. It is our country and our systems. We only need to make it better. If you think that you doing favour or service for CAPF by doing a propaganda and spreading hate against other police forces then it would be mistake and it is counter productive my friend. We should support CAPF for speedy promotions and better service conditions through inner reforms and cadre reviews but you guys went into mud sledging by shifting the goalpost against IPS leadership.

Woowww.. 👏 Attachments ✔️ Trainings ✔️ Exposure ✔️ Conclusion: “Primary Stakeholder” 😌 matlab #IPS hai naa?? बस एक चीज़ miss हो गई.... uff afsos!!! Ground Reality wo to kahi haii hi nahi.. Jab ye list गिना रहे हो… Tab bhi #CAPFs history लिख रहे हैं... Stone pelting, Naxal ambushes, IED blasts…कभी jhel कर देखना, तब समझ आएगा “#stakeholder” और “#shockabsorber” में फर्क क्या होता है। Army attachment, commando course, survival training..सब impressive है, no doubt. पर ये modules हैं… जो #CAPFS hamesha करते हैं.. #CAPFs के लिए ये सब तो daily life है, जहाँ हर दिन “test” होता है, और fail होने का मतलब सीधे casualty होता है। #Crowdhandling की बात कर रहे हो.. जरा उन जवानों से पूछो जो बिना cover के हजारों की भीड़ के सामने खड़े रहते हैं, ना पीछे हटने का option, ना overreact करने का। और ये “force multiplier” वाला narrative…थोड़ा outdated नहीं लग रहा? जब ground पर वही “multiplier” front line बनकर खड़ा हो, तो terminology बदलनी पड़ती है। वैसे presentation देखकर एक बात साफ है बोल बहुत wisely रहे हो…इतना wisely कि ये neutral analysis कम, vested interest ज़्यादा लग रहा है… या फिर straight-up paid promotion waese jaankaari ka abhaaw hai thoda #capfs ki duties k bhi baare me jaan lete to thoda dhang ka comparison karte shayad... National Security कोई designation-based privilege नहीं है, ये ground पर खड़े हर उस इंसान की responsibility है जो बिना spotlight के system संभालता है। बाकी lists बनाते raho ground पर reality खुद जवाब देती रहती है.. or #CAPFs apna hak lekar rahenge.. Chahe IPS COMPETENT HO YA INCOMPETENT.. inhe apne cadre me apna hak chaiye jo unhe unke #GUARDIAN @indSupremeCourt ne competent maankar diya hai.. or ye Act bhi khtam hoke rahega kyuki ye galat hai.. anyaye hai..

#CAPFAct “draconian” है या नहीं .. ये debate अलग है…पर ground पर जो हो रहा है, वो सीधा सवाल खड़ा करता है #DIG deputation आखिर हो कैसे रहा है? Rulebook कुछ और… reality कुछ और… या फिर rules अब “apply when convenient” category में आ गए हैं? एकदम simple समझिए .. Exam सबके लिए same, पर कुछ लोगों को extra chance… ये merit नहीं, setting कहलाती है। दो services… दोनों सरकारी… फिर एक के rights quietly cut करके दूसरे को क्यों दिया जा रहा है? Balance के नाम पर bias क्यों? @indSupremeCourt का judgement कोई overnight stunt नहीं था..सालों की लड़ाई, arguments और constitutional clarity के बाद आया था। फिर अचानक rules bend क्यों? और वो भी तब, जब एक पूरी generation उसी judgement पर खड़ी थी? सीधा सवाल है System चल रहा है… या manage किया जा रहा है? ये fight किसी service vs service की नहीं है...ये fight है fairness vs favouritism की। अगर कानून बराबरी की बात करता है, तो implementation भी बराबरी का दिखना चाहिए…वरना trust collapse होना तय है or wo ho chuka hai.. #ImplementSCJudgement

Do you want to say that ground exposure of a CAPF Assistant Commandant is more than that of an IPS Officer working in same field ? Then I might need you to ask the same ACs about their tasks and who are the operational commanders in most of their deployments in either L&O, Kumbhmela duties, CI Ops, Int Collection through G Branch, Crowd management, Elction deployments, etc Bdw regarding staying with forces, why was there a hue and cry when the same ACs were asked to stay with the Coy ???

Irony is CAPF are requisitioned because the country does not see IPS as unbiased and competent to do ground level work during elections. So many IPS offrs are shifted during election precisely bcz of compromised integrity. How is this Mathur chap giving such misfortunate decz.

जब देश के किसानों को, माताओं बहनों को बाहर निकलना पड़े, अधिकारों को मांगने के लिए, न्याय के लिए तो सरकार की आँखें और सर शर्म से झुक जाना चाहिए। CAPF बिल लाकर, न्यायोचित अधिकार से वंचित रखने वाली सरकार को जनता कभी माफ नही कर सकती है।जनता के द्वारा ,जनता के लिए चुनी गई सरकार ने 10 लाख परिवार का अहित किया है, वो भी चंद लोगो के फायदे के लिए।

#CAPF के मौजूदा और पूर्व जवानों/अफसरों के परिजन गुरुवार को महात्मा गांधी के समाधि स्थल राजघाट पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने #CAPF बिल 2026, जिसे पिछले दिनों संसद की मंजूरी मिली है, को काला कानून बताया है।पूर्व अफसरों ने सरकार से इस कानून को वापस लेने और #OGAS #OPS लागू करने की मांग की है।
