But underneath all of it its a ticking time💣 His business is tied to a Canadian corporation and Canadian PayPal, and with the brand tracking toward a record year and an 8-figure exit planned in 1–3 years, every single month he delays restructuring, his Canadian exit tax liability climbs higher. Traditional tax attorneys keep dropping the ball because they don't actually understand global e-commerce or Shopify. He's been stuck without a clear path forward. Here's exactly how we're solving it. The goal is to shift the entire business to a pass-through US LLC before the exit, which, when paired with proper foreign tax residency, unlocks 0% corporate, 0% personal, and 0% capital gains on the whole thing. He continues stacking cash tax-free for the next 4–6 years across his Shopify brand, consulting business, etc. When he's eventually ready to return to Canada and start a family, he comes back with a fully protected, generational windfall that was built entirely outside the Canadian tax net. The wild part? None of this is exotic or aggressive. It's just proper structure, done early enough to matter. Most founders wait until the LOI hits their inbox before they start thinking about tax on the exit. By then the damage is already baked in. The only move that actually works is restructuring while the business is still private, still growing, and still yours to reposition. Dubai is like living in glorified LEGO world. Unlivable for 8 months per year. Nothing natural about it, sterile at best. Paraguay🇵🇾 0% tax residency with 0 day requirements mogs the “City of Gold” 🇦🇪 90 day/yr option. Paraguay unlocks a global life of true FREEDOM. More & more of my community is making the switch. The real will get it. And those who fell for the mystique of dubai will quietly fume until one day they too will relinquish their residency. After all, there is no permanent home for foreigners there, only a shallow, temporary lust to be found in Lego land. To be fair, to the people who made the residency switch to Dubai initially, it’s not their fault. The UAE made a KILLER marketing push 10-15 years ago. They milked global high earners dry, making them think it was only option for 0% tax residency, when in fact it is the worst & most expensive option for a majority of founders.

1 year ago I was sleeping in an unfinished basement freezing my ass off every night. I was in serious debt, severely depressed, and have nothing accomplished in my life. I had extreme hatred for my situation, so I decided to take the risk and go all in on business and change my life because I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I cut all distractions, cut off friends, no social media, worked till I starved myself, and didn’t even speak to my family. However, I was building all the skills that would later benefit me in business and life. There were so many times I wanted to give up, but I had this bulletproof belief and delusion that I know that I’m gonna get the life I want. 1 year later I’m now living in my high rise apartment I always dreamed of. Quit my 9-5, able to travel any time I want, and never having that money anxiety whenever I spend (huge one). I nowhere near “made it” yet, but I’m definitely living more comfortable and I’ve grown more as a person. I plan to continue working and always be better even as little as 1% each day. It only takes 1 year. I’m living proof that everything is achievable if you really put your mind into it. I’m grateful I documented the whole journey, not sure if I will post videos about it in the future, but I mostly did it to prove myself. All you need is 3 things in life to get where you want to be. Never give up, always be learning, and work hard. It’s simple but people underestimate how much that really takes. Theres one quote that changed everything for me “if your current reality is the worst case scenario, then what’s the real risk?”. It only takes one decision to change your life, you’d be stupid to take the easy way and not take any risk. I guarantee you you’d be way more fulfilled if you did. You are the master of your fate. You design the life you want, NO ONE is coming to save you. Kill all limiting beliefs. Dedicate 1 year to doing hard things. And you will live easy for the rest of your life.
