JD Vance called Trump "America's Hitler" in 2016. Said he couldn't "stomach" supporting him. Then Peter Thiel spent $15 MILLION to buy him a Senate seat — the largest individual Senate campaign donation in history. Thiel then personally lobbied Trump to pick Vance as VP. Why would a billionaire spend $15M on one Senate race and then push for the VP slot? Because Thiel co-founded Palantir — a CIA-backed surveillance company. Since Trump-Vance took office: → Palantir's federal contracts nearly DOUBLED — from $541M to $970M+ → The Army consolidated 75 separate contracts into a single 10-year, $10 BILLION agreement with Palantir → Over a dozen Thiel associates have been embedded across the Trump administration → Palantir's stock roughly doubled — adding billions to Thiel's personal wealth Vance worked for Thiel at Mithril Capital. Thiel invested at least 15% of Vance's own VC firm, Narya Capital. Vance organized a $12M Silicon Valley fundraiser for Trump with Thiel allies David Sacks and Chamath Palihapitiya. Palantir also formed a "strategic partnership" with the Israeli Defense Ministry in January 2024 to supply military targeting technology used in Gaza. Palantir held its board meeting in Tel Aviv. Israel lobby gave Vance $167,000+ on top of it all. Thiel didn't donate to a politician. He made an investment. The VP of the United States is the return.
