At the end of the URC season Alun Lawrence leads the league in carries (217) and tackles made (232 - tied with Dan Thomas). Big Al played in all 18 games making 12 starts & clocking 1070 minutes. It means he made a tackle/carry every 2.3 minutes. Huge work rate and durability.
