I am very serious in my intent to begin to clean up this ecosystem today. I have given it a small period of reflection, and my feeling is that the individuals who have proliferated this space are not just of low character, but they are of an unusually nasty, vindictive, and truly just toxic nature. They are truly a disease within crypto art and they make this ecosystem unenjoyable for hundreds of authentic, good, honest people who are the foundation of what crypto art is. Tolerating them or coexisting with them is not a viable option long term. They have no respect for the efforts, peace, or livelihood of others. They are willing to steal, attack, and do whatever they can to maintain their foothold. They respond to any perceived disruptions with extremely reactive group attack tactics. Only when isolated, or faced with clear and unexpected disarmament of their "front" do they become apologetic, decent, or remorseful. This indicates insincerity towards any indications they may present that may be taken as them having some level of decency. The reality is, that their survival and sustainment here comes entirely from being able to consistently drain, extract, and steal value or outputs produced by others work/contributions. They become extremely bold and empowered amongst each other when engaging attacks or defense. They do not have any belief that consequences from their actions will actually befall them. There are essentially three options if I really think about it. They can be "starved" by a total abandonment by all of the people who actually form the worth within this space that keeps actual capital and interest flowing. If their actual identities are exposed, and connected publicly with the actions they have engaged in behind the cover of anonymity, it would likely deter much of their continued presence here. A temporary solution is to report them for violations of x terms of service. They regularly violate TOS by attacking others with derogatory and hateful slurs etc. The most logical solution however, is for a large group of us who care about this space, who communicate respectfully, and who have been pushed out of the ecosystem that we built, to collectively apply pressure to law enforcement to pursue them for fraud, tax evasion, theft, and violations interstate wire laws. The Department of Justice has shifted all of their prosecution and investigative efforts away from exchanges, crypto brokers, etc and towards individuals committing fraud and causing individual economic loss using crypto. They made a complete deparment wide shift in mid 2025. See the attached image for a summary of the policy shift. We can see the behavior and tactics that these toxic individuals deploy. They use group social predation type tactics, which can be very effective against most people. The majority of humans would rather endure physical pain than social ostracism. That is why these truly worthless, pieces of shit continue to maintain power structures within crypto and crypto art. I, for one, only become more motivated to bring real consequences to them when they engage with such depravity and lack of respect or decency. As most of you know, there is literally no leverage they can use against me. I have no image to protect. No front to maintain. I am homelesss. I eat food out of dumpsters sometimes. I can't be bought, coerced, or influenced to sway from what I believe in and what is right. They hold zero power or leverage over me. They cannot scare me or shame me. The only fears I have in life right now concern my trial in July for the rental car charge, as I will be facing a mandatory year and a half in prison if I lose, and a possible recurrence of merkel cell in my right armpit. I haven't gotten the courage to dig in there and try and actually feel, but I am almost certain i can "feel" that either one or two small tumors have started growing there. Those are the only two fears I have in life right now. The only thing that mildly embarasses me right now is that I currently have two broken dental bridges. Whoop dee fucking doo. Yes, I can show you irrefutably that an ex CFTC regulator has larped around as a God of Decentralization in crypto art, while using tens of millions of dollars funneled from the coffers of FTX before it went down, to pull off a massive wash trading scheme which left tens of thousands of victims and produced nearly a hundred million dollars in stolen funds for the wall street bros behind it.
