This guy literally believes that you don't have to obey God's law, and that if you do, you're trying to "work your way to heaven" and that's works based salvation. Satan didn't follow God's law and he says you don't have to either. It's a SATANIC doctrine that leads people away from God. He is quite literally the definition of a "false Christian".
