@SleezBomb Mac signed a two year deal. I was looking at him as a cheap dynasty stash, but low and behold he'll be back in SF in '26

Backup Quarterback’s in 2025 have been absolute hidden gems for teams. Mac Jones - Balled out to keep the 49ers playoffs hopes alive amidst all the injuries. Earned himself a contract in 2026 IMO. Showing heart & grit playing hurt too, I’ve become a huge fan. Davis Mills - Two huge wins for the Texans with CJ Stroud concussion bringing Texans back in the playoff hunt at 5-5. He was also QB1 overall in Week 10. Joe Flacco - Hasn’t come out on the winning side of some very close battles. But definitely kept the bengals offense relevant. Jacoby Brissett - Has sent Trey McBride and the cardinals offense to the MOON. I believe it’s safe to say Kyler Murray’s time in AZ is over. Marcus Mariotta: Has been a very serviceable fantasy QB in the absence of the JD5 injury. He has averaged 19.4 ppg in the 5 games he started, which would be the same amount of ppg as Dak Prescott (QB10 overall). Mason Rudolph closed out a big win vs the Bengals this week. Looked actually decent but it was the Bengals defense. Jameis Winston: Is just flat out fun to watch play football, has zero to limited weapons vs a very good Packers defense and made it a respectable game. Tyrod Taylor: May not be flashy, but it is undeniable at this point. That he will make the Jets passing better right. Rookie QBs that started as backups: Jaxson Dart: Although this doesn’t really count, he started the year as a backup and the future couldn’t be brighter HIM! Tyler Shough: Was always going to take the job like Dart IMO. Has very limited weapons and seems to be picking up the speed of the NFL very quickly. Dillons Gabriel: I truly believe they are just starting him to avoid the Shedeur hype and Deshaun Watson debacle. Browns organization is a weird one man. (Shedeur should be starting week 12) Didn’t go so well: Cooper Rush / Tyler Huntley; Very rough showing for both in Lamar’s absence. Jake Browning: They went and signed 41 year old Flacco very quickly, tells ya all you need to know here. Andy Dalton: The Rifle wasn’t loaded Kirk Cousins: “You Like That” nope no one does anymore. Game looks washed as it can be, hate to say it. Carson Wentz: Got a couple wins in the JJ McCarthy “excuse” injury…. But injuries himself kept him playing to survive the JJ bashing.
