I had the most enjoyable Solo Q experience with designated drop zone locations. You were able to land, grab loot with your team, plan rotations/fights at neighbouring POI's and see final circles. Now? Ive got lil Jimmy landing me in Satan's asshole fighting for a p2020 and a shield cell. If I manage to make it out alive, I glance at the top right hand corner and see 10 squads left alive with zone 1 closing in. Dead team mates yelling in my ear calling me trash because I couldnt 1 v 10 over a scrap of light ammo I am not a Pro Player, I dont want rank to go too far into the ALGS style. But my golly gosh this rank system is a nightmare.

@ImperialHal Before they added drop zones to ranked no one ever complained about the dropship system so im confused or was this always a thing?

Says random drop ships are too random -> now i have to 50/50 for a gun off spawn Says random drop ships are the reason they lost ranked players as if no other element exists in the game Says data is too early to tell for new season -> still uses it as a reason its a good change in the next sentence because of increase in player count in A NEW SEASON in only 24 hours we might actually have chatGPT in charge of Ranked
