@confurted_ From what I tested Robin hyacine cyrene and e9 cyrene gets so much speed she has 80% ice res pen perma lol

@sillyseal07 i pulled hyacine's e2 and trust the speed increase is crazy, i really dont know what other eidolon has helped my account as much as that one, plus if i play them together thats 50% spd for the entire team, 3 turns in the span of them supposedly only taking 2 sounds fun and useful

@sillyseal07 its actually really good, 4 context im realizing that the speed buff is essentially permanent because i misread and didnt realize the buff depended on ROBIN's turns but people shouldn't just shrug it off like its not a good buff
