Today, Palestinians commemorate the 50th anniversary of Land Day. A day of resistance against Israel’s colonization, land theft, dispossession, displacement, and ongoing Nakba. Land is central to our collective identity, being, and survival as a nation. The land that we nourished with our hands for centuries holds the memories of our ancestors, the sorrows of our elders, and the future of our children.
