@Silversea we are really disappointed that when my husband could not get to his cruise port due to the Venezuela situation you did not offer a credit on a different cruise. That’s not good customer service.

@Jays200 Hi there. The cost for Starlink connectivity on a ship differs significantly from flight connectivity. To properly review the $207 charge and the specific package applied, please send us a private message with your mother's booking number. We are happy to look into this.

Hello @Silversea, My mother is currently cruising with you and we are necessarily staying in touch with her via your onboard @Starlink. Unfortunately, she has been charged US$207 for 9 nights of "premium" connectivity. How is it airlines globally can offer complimentary in-flight Starlink to economy passengers and you charge so much for it on an already premium, almost all inclusive, luxury cruise line? Btw, you really should consider verifying your account on X.

@Silversea your advertising is awful. It says £10,500 each for a Verandah cabin. You click and it becomes £14,500. I will use a company that does not mislead customers. Very disappointing.

@Silversea So…you arrange our flights & transportation and then drop us off at an airport 5 hours before we can check in & 9 HOURS BEFORE OUR FLIGHT? No way to drop our luggage, no way to access any lounges and no a/c. Not quite the luxury experience you advertise.
