@ValdorFox Have you tried unscented detergent? That's all I've been using as long as I can remember. Fragrances do the same thing to me.

They say change is inevitable. I have been washing Valdor with the same bottle of tide original laundry detergent, as it was the only scent that didn't trigger migraines. I used the rest of it and bought a new bottle. It is so, so strongly scented x.x

@ValdorFox That looks a lot nicer at night, I hate flickering LED's too. I changed out all of the bulbs in our building to 16W 2700K. It was previously filled with random 8+6W 5000K and 6000K bulbs. I actually wanted 3000K but could not find them in the proper brightness that I needed.

The ice-cold colour and flicker of cheap LED drivers is a huge trigger for my chronic migraines. I bought a 2700k Cob LED with smoothing, the maintenance person agreed and installed it yesterday. From 7000k (L) to 2700k (R) It already feels better.
