@silvertalon93 On a Napalm Death tour one promoter told us he didn’t promote the show because he was using it as a front to launder drug money and if people actually showed up it would make it harder for him to do that.

US food is calorie dense because sugar is added to just about everything. This is because the US govt has been lobbied by certain food companies to give subsidies (ie corn).
