Our 2025 Man of the Year is Mason Schroeder. Mason had a great 5-year career with the Tips. He’s worn the C for a while now and boy, did he earn it. What a leader! Being a Silvertip is more than lacrosse. It’s about being a good person outside of lacrosse. Mason is that guy.

Our 2025 Most Valuable Player is Cole Tweit. In 2024, Cole was our Most Improved Player. This past season, he finished his jr career in a big way. He was a big part of our offense, but he could easily play out the back gate when needed. We are going to miss this fella.

The Silvertips’ 2025 Offensive Player of the Year is Nate Shaback. Nate has continued to improve year after year, and he brought it in 2025. He led the team in points & was a big part of our leadership. 5th year loading… #silvertips #silvertipslaxfamily #rmll #shabackattack

Our 2025 Defensive Player of the Year is Beckham Mondragon. Becks was a key piece of our D this last season. He brings high lax IQ, is vocal, and his speed led to some great transitions. Congrats Beckham! #silvertips #silvertipslaxfamily #rmll

The Tips’ Most Improved Player for 2025 is Gradin Clarke. Our O looked a lot different in 2025 & Gradin stepped up big to help fill the holes left from our 2024 graduates. He was a steady presence on the left side & handled himself so well in some difficult situations.
