@ahmednasirlaw Thats the best option to prevent mechanical breakdown which maybe super costly. You also earn carbon credit since the fuel with a 50% becomes an air pollutant. I would be interested if someone does a study on pollution for a month to view the effects and damage it could cause

TotalEnergies Under Siege Again? You know “Explore Kenya,” right? The TikTok content creator famous for interviewing Uber drivers? He recently bought a Mazda CX-5 and went to refuel at a TotalEnergies station. According to his caption, the car’s tank capacity is 56 litres. He asked for a full tank, but the pump kept going until it hit 63 litres. He claims it’s impossible and He is accusing TotalEnergies of selling more air than the notorious KEMSA COVID-19 supplies. Watch!!!!

@MikeSonko These are people who appreciate you as you are. It's a sign of love Governor and you should be proud. Ask yourself this question , how many people walk in streets without anyone acknowledging their existence? The answer is Many.

TRIBUTE TO DR. GEORGE RAE It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that I pay tribute to my dear friend, colleague, and an outstanding servant of the medical profession, Dr. George Rae, whose passing has left a deep void in our hearts, in the Kenya Medical Association (KMA), and in Kenya’s healthcare system. Dr. Rae was not only a committed member of KMA; he was a pillar of the Association and a statesman of healthcare governance in Kenya. His most defining contribution to KMA was his service as Chairman (Convenor) of the KMA Managed Healthcare Committee from 2016 to 2020, a period that coincided with some of the most significant shifts in healthcare financing and governance in our country. During this critical time, Kenya was navigating complex reforms in health financing, particularly within NHIF, as benefit packages expanded and provider relationships evolved. Dr. Rae’s leadership of the Managed Healthcare Committee was marked by wisdom, calm authority, and an unwavering commitment to fairness for both patients and healthcare providers. Under his stewardship, KMA provided structured, evidence-based engagement with NHIF and other stakeholders. Notably, the November 2017 consultative meetings convened by KMA through the Managed Healthcare Committee resulted in a landmark document that directly informed improvements in @NhifKenya service provision. Beyond KMA, Dr. Rae extended his leadership to public service as Chief Executive Officer of the Jaramogi Oginga Teaching and Referral Hospital (@jootrhkisumu ). His tenure laid critical foundations in governance, partnerships, and systems strengthening. It is therefore fitting that JOOTRH has now been elevated to a Level 6 National Referral Hospital, a milestone built on institutional groundwork laid by leaders such as Dr. Rae. During Dr. Rae’s illness while on official duty in South Korea, the @KenyaMedics_KMA witnessed the true power of international professional solidarity. We express deep appreciation to the Korean Medical Association, under the leadership of its President Dr. Tae-Goo Kim, for their compassion, close coordination, and regular updates on Dr. Rae’s condition. We are equally grateful to the World Medical Association @medwma particularly WMA President Dr. @mdjkitulu and President-Elect Dr. Jung Yul Park, for their solidarity and close engagement during this difficult time. That Dr. Rae was deeply loved and respected is evident in the extraordinary solidarity shown by colleagues and friends, including a 500-kilometre cycling expedition organised to help raise funds for his medical care. Even as we grieve his passing, the medical expenses incurred in the courageous effort to save Dr. Rae’s life remain substantial. I humbly appeal to colleagues, friends, and partners to continue offering financial support to help the family settle this large medical bill. Contributions may continue to be made through the Kenya Medical Association PayBill Paybill Biz Number 645645 Account: Dr. Rae. Your generosity will help the family navigate this very difficult time that they have suffered a double loss of their patriarch and financial strain. At a personal level, George was a humble, soft-spoken, thoughtful man and a devoted family man. He hosted me on many occasions when we took KMA to Kisumu and took us to the fish joints there. His contributions to the KMA National Governing Council were always measured, insightful, and grounded in the long-term interests of the profession. Dr. George Rae lived a life of service, integrity, and quiet but enduring impact. On behalf of the Kenya Medical Association and on my own behalf as his friend, I extend my deepest condolences to his family and colleagues. Rest in peace, George. You served Kenya and the medical profession with distinction. Dr. Simon Kigondu is the President Kenya Medical Association
