@thyrafarmer Beer at The Astra. The pub over the road used to be The West Darling ( the shearer’s pub, had cheap rooms), next to it’s the Workies ( BH Workingmans Club). The street going off to left is Oxide, had 7 pubs on it. Right is Argent, I can think of 10, inc the Demographic Club.

What a BIG day for my wallet. I pick up the fj45 and drop off the 79 for a new heavy duty clutch. Toyota, to donwarranty wanted to out a camera in my car to “monitor” my driving technique and refused to uograde the clutch even tho I offered to pay a price difference=bye bye

Knuckle head Harley motors. Produced from 1941-1947 they were replaced with the pan head. Seen as one of the more aesthetically pleasing to the eye they are highly sort after. This bike has a foot clutch and hand gear lever

@SimonCotter62 There was a bloke near by who used an old Harley army green colour with big clutch lever on the. Used it in the paddocks moving sheep.

Being in rush doesn't pay off. Forgot to latch ball joint and trailer pops off. Then it runs forward under the towbar, till safety chains come tight, which rips the hitch upwards. Safety chains just perfect length 2 ensure handle jams super tight in place. Big job 2 separate now!
