@ESYudkowsky As a runner, long cardiovascular exercise combined with a healthy diet seems like the right way to go here. Generally, 1+ hour of cardio starts burning fat, which might help. For diet, my rule of thumb is usually “if it tastes good, you usually want to eat it in moderation”.

Neither Ozempic nor Mounjaro did anything helpful for me. Maintaining my weight still requires fasting 1 month for every 2 months that I eat enough for my brain to work. Saying this so that anyone else stuck in a worse trap than usual knows they're not alone.

I find it interesting how DALL-E 3 writes text almost like a 3-year-old would. It would be interesting to combine LLMs with image generation to get "original" texts in image generation.
