@boringmarketer niche data is the biggest moat imo. everything we're doing in our biz is geared towards building a warehouse of proprietary data. huge asset that the big model companies will pay a premium for.

moats to build: - distribution - data - judgement - infrastructure - speed - brand - trust - quality - ROI - insight - relationships
