@CityPowerJhb They have put Northriding now on block 8 and block 10 and just saying they are fixing a problem. Block 8 had loadshedding from 8-12 and block 10 will have 12-4. We see right through your BS @citypowerjhb. This is an old trick of yours! #stage8
