@Philips Adding to the threads of unhappy customers requesting repairs under warranty. The process is complicated enough but when the appliance does not get picked up for repair it’s impossible to get through to you. Endless loops of links no chat response, endless wait on phone

@Barclaycard Hi Cody. View my balances and transfer money. Online banking works but not the app. I just get the RG030 notice and click update, it goes to the App Store page where it says ‘open’. When I do it returns to the app where I get the same error. Stuck in a loop.

@YourSSE getting harassed for a final payment which apparently was due 2.5 years ago when I switched to Bulb. Now reduced to £25 I’ve agreed to pay to stop the recent and sudden barrage of threatening emails but cannot as you’ve set my account to inactive.

@DHLParcelUK I’ve been waiting in for a parcel to be delivered all day by 20.00. This didn’t happen which I accept can be a challenge but I’ve received an email to say the delivery driver attempted a delivery at 20.38 which my ring doorbell and cctv suggests didn’t happen.
